We need more information. Please describe exactly what happens from the moment you press the power button to try to turn on the system. Also, when you say command prompt "stuff", what commands did you run? Does the critical process show any code or aka stop code? What exactly displays on screen? Does your fans spin and does the computer post or you able to get into OS or bios? Please be more specific next time you ask a question on this forum.

When I press the power button the motherboard info loads up then a blue windows sign appears which has a loading circle below it after 10-15secs a blue screen loads up saying the system experienced a error and that it is collecting info about the error. The error is - ''CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED''. After that automatic repair starts and it says that it couldn't solve the error so restart is the option or repair using advanced option. I tried restart but the error appears always. Then I tried advanced option I tried system restore it didn't work. I the tried command prompt and tried using sfc/scannow but it said that one repair is pending and it needs restart and try sfc/scannow after restart I have no idea what to do next.

You said you see the advanced screen option thing, that should have cmd in there. If still cant get cmd then I am afraid you have no choice then to reinstall windows or at least not to my knowledge of how to fix it without reinstall.
