Newly Built Computer Restarts Constantly Except If It's In Safe Mode

I built and set up this computer yesterday and it was working totally fine until I downloaded NiceHash miner to leave it idle over the night. In the morning I noticed my computer reset itself and was on the lock screen so after using it for a little it reset and continued to do this throughout the day as I tried to troubleshoot what could be wrong. I later launched in safe mode to see if the problem would persist and it didn't restart my computer in the hour-ish that it was in safe mode, to compare my computer would reset roughly every 5-10 minutes. I decided that it must be a driver issue or a program so I deleted all my files and started to reinstall windows. I have an ssd, which windows is on, and a hdd and as I was setting up windows on my computer it reset again so I unplugged the hdd since I didn't remove any files on that and started the process again and it restarted. I have no idea what to do so if someone could please help, that'd be so great. Thanks.

Did that and it didn't restart, but my mother board doesn't have graphics or whatever so it doesn't display. The computer also does not restart in the BIOS.

I have looked at the motherboard and you have an internal graphics processor. U are connecting the hdmi cable to the motherboard for displays confirms it. You need to find the option to disable the onboard graphics so the external graphics card can work on the pcie slot

I found that PCIe Slot Configuration is set to Auto, but can be set to Gen1 Gen2 Gen3.

I couldn't find it, but this is a link, https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/69dle0/discrete_graphics_for_gigabyte_gaab350gaming_3/, saying that it doesn't have onboard graphics, but it has graphics passthrough for am4 chips

I just tried to run another graphics card to see if that was the problem, but it continues to restart. I'm in contact with some other people and now I'm going to try to install linux instead of windows.

I was finally able to update my bios by getting it onto a flash drive and install through bios and that finally allowed me to reinstall windows after a couple of black screens. Thanks for all the help though!

As an update, it started doing it again with a fresh install of windows and updates and all. I'm so confused.

I had an extra mobo that I bought and it started restarting after that one too. Took about 10 more minutes to restart than usual, but the time gradually started to decrease.

That would make sense, but i still don't get why it works for hours in safe mode and for minutes in a normal boot. I'm just so confused lol. I've never seen this and I can't find anything related to it on the internet..
