I have a system in which XP sp3 is installed, in this mouse(usb) is not working, I mean when I connect other devices like Mobile phone, DVD writer the usb is delivering power to the connected devices, but when I connect a mouse in any of the usb, it is not delivering power to the mouse, and when I enter to bios setup, the the mouse is getting power and lighting up. But as soon as I enter into windows, the mouse gets turned off, I have tried to solve by entering device manager, in that the mouse related driver(mice and other pointing devices) is not present, also I have tried by installing mouse driver from the internet, then also it wasn't worked, now am able diagnose what is the problem is, please help me
