I am upgrading my pc. New motherboard, new processor, new RAM, new GPU and new SSD. Right now i have everything installed on my current HDD, including my windows 10. I plan on fresh installing the windows 10 on my new SSD when i upgrade everything and keep my current HDD as a secondary drive. Do i have to wipe it clean because of the windows being installed in it, or can i use as a secondary drive as it is?

Solution
You don't need to wipe it, although keeping the old Windows installation on it will only take place, so you could as well wipe it. If you keep the HDD as it is, just beware after you have installed the new OS to the SSD that the computer boots from the correct drive (the SSD, not the HDD), as it will be able to boot from both.
