If your motherboard supports the Core 2 Quad Q6700, that would be the minimum one i can recommend, as that one still holds its ground today. Miles ahead of that pentium, plus you can find one on ebay for about $20.

-edit also I checked out Game Debate to see if that pentium would work, and it will not, it has a big red X through the processer. Now it says a Q6700 won't either but i'm willing to bet it will granted i've used that exact cpu for GTA V and it holds a modest 30fps on medium.
There is something you must learn first.
There are the thing so called minimum requirements for games.

Usually, the minimum requirement is only a specs needed to ensure the game will work. If you have a PC below this minimum, it could work but the developer can not guarantee or know.

If you have a PC, which is below the needed requirement (hopefully not to extreme below), you might wanna try that game. If you are lucky enough, you might have it running. Just do not set your hope too high or you will be highly disappointed....just try!

They're wrong. Your CPU is many times weaker than the required Intel Core i3-4340. But they are both dual core, so they're the same. No, they're not.

Short answer? No. The E2200 will slow the show to a crawl. Could it possibly run at 1024 x 768 with all options bottomed out? Most likely not. There's always that one in a million... You only have $30 and are considering this game or something else? Something else easily wins.

You do have up to 1 hour and 59 minutes of gameplay after your purchase to contact steam and let them know you need a refund. http://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/ . You need to contact them less than two weeks after purchase with less than 2 hours gameplay.

The socket type is only one part of the picture. I don't know exactly which CPUs that particular board supports. You or I would need to visit the board's webpage and click on support(not at the top. Under the line.) Then you can click on CPU list. I don't know if any of the upgrades will offer a performance boost that would be justified by the monetary investment.
