PC won't start with GTX 1050 Ti GPU

I have a problem with my Ryzen built. My PC wont start sometimes. I have to try 2 to 3 times powering off & on, then it will start. Even while restarting also it wont start. I had no such issues with Sapphire Radeon R7 265 GPU which i was using earlier with same built.

Mobo : Asus Prime B350 Plus
CPU: Ryzen 5 1500x
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti 4G OC GPU.
PSU : Antec 450W
RAM : Generic 8GB x 2 DDR4 2400

Yes . Everything starts normally. But display wont come. I have restart it like 2 or more times to get working.
