Hi guys i need your help about buying a new pc
I'm an amateur gamer and i don't know about hardware i will buy a pc and i have only 2 option
can i ask you about them ?


pc 1 ;

intel skylake i3 6100 processor
Ati Raden RX460 graphics card
8GB ddr4 2133 mhz ram
1TB Hdd
price: 1999 $


pc 2:

AMD Athlon X4 845 processor
GTX 1050 Ti graphics card
8GB ddr3 2400 mhz ram
1TB HDD
price: 1899 $

i know its very expensive here but i don't have more options
which is better for amateur gamer?
amd processors heating much? its a big problem?
gtx 1050 ti much better than rx460? or little better?
and ddr4 2133 mhz ram? or ddr3 2400 mhz ram?

Since the prices are high, i will suggest you a build, it will be better than your builds because those builds are quite unbalanced:
CPU: Intel G4560 or Intel G4400
Motherboard: H110M (7th gen processors can be used only after bios update, ask the store and they will do it for you) or else b250 motherboards
GPU: 1050ti or 1050
and your remaining components. Do get a good quality branded and reliable 450 watts or 500 watts PSU

[P.S: The intel G4560 is the best budget chip right now when comparing price to performance ratio in that price segment]

If you could swap the 1050 in the i3 system, then it'd be the best of these. Normally I'd advocate for buying Ryzen instead but if you really haven't got any other options, then that's the best one.

Use PcPartPicker to check any compatibility issue. It may not be able to get your local sellers, but it will still work just as well.
For a build, those prices are kinda extreme, and i live in a weird country as well.

Just as said above, the best would be the 6100 with the 1050Ti, that AMD chip is pretty outdated let alone that DDR3 RAM... i wouldn't advise you to get it just for the 1050Ti...

i calculated build a pc with your suggestions;
i3 6100
gtx 1050 ti
1tb hdd 7200 rpm
msi b150m bazooka
empty good case
500 w power supply

and its price: 2700$
its really terrible i can't pay it

so last question;
i don't have any option
which is better?

i3 6100 with rx460
or
amd athlon x4 845 with gtx 1050 ti?

Take a look at my suggestion above... Go for 1050 or 1050ti and not with rx 460
