When I connect the 4 pin ATX power supply plug the computer shuts down.....

When plugged in, pressing the power button makes the fans runs for a second then shuts down....When unplugged everything works but no beeps....even removing ram stick makes no beeps....
I check my PSU with paperclip test...works perfectly fine

Already tried clearing CMOS



Plzzz help

I think I remember a similar thing happening when I tried pressing the power button on my own PC when the switch on the back of the PSU was set to off. Check that it's set to the on position, and see if that helps.
