Would all these parts work together?

Solution
Most people use Corsair H100i or NZXT Kraken, but I've heard Deepcool Capitan is also good. However my experience with water cooling is rather limited, so I'd rather advice you to look for someone who's expert in that field.
Don't get two single RAM sticks, get two stick kit instead - mixing ram sticks, even same model, is not guaranteed to work. Also, you didn't listed any storage. And you still need cooler, 7700k comes without it.
Other then that, all will work fine together.

What do you mean by storage ? HDD and SSD ? I got them from old computer, also, what CPU cooler would you suggest for that build, cheap ones, wouls be good that you give me 2 examples so I can choose, even better if from the same website, thank you very much!

Yes, by storage I mean HDD or SSD.
For the cooler, two questions:
- do you want air cooler or water cooler?
- are you going to overclock CPU?
Many 7700k have a nasty habit of running quite hot, even without OC, so I would suggest getting beefy cooler over cheap one. However, the site you use don't seem to offer best ones.
