So I just bought the 7700k i7, switched it out with the 7600k i5 as I wanted to stream and produce videos, also wanted a tad higher FPS in games.

I currently have watercooling from corsair (H60) on my current CPU and I am running 16GB 3000mhz RAM + 1080GTX graphics card in a slight closed tower.

I am wondering, my current temperatures on the 7600k is MAX 70°C, would heat be a problem on 7700k then?

I am a noobie on CPU's, as u might notice.

Solution
Heat is the result of the vcore needed to sustain a given overclocking multiplier.
In the case of a I7, there is added heat generated from running the extra hyperthreads,

The processors are built to tolerate heat.
They will slow down or shut off to prevent damage if they detect a high temperature.
That is around 100c.
Under normal operations, I think you are ok to about 85c.

I7-7700k and I5-7600K can overclock to about the same limits, depensing on your luck in getting a good chip.
As of 6/19/17
What percent of samples can get an overclock
at a vcore around 1.4v.
I5-7600K
4.9 72%
5.0 52%
5.1 27%
5.2 16%
5.3 samples exist, unknown % of occurrence
I7-7700K
4.9 83%
5.0 62%
5.1 29%
5.2 6%

H60 is not a particularly good AIO...

H60 is not a particularly good AIO cooler, but it should do the job.
Make certain your case is delivering sufficient intake air to the radiator and other barts.

Solution
It really depends on how you fair in the silicon lottery. I have a 7700k and I get 5gzh at 1.34 volts. My average temps under load is around 75C but I have a bigger cooler (corsair h115i).

From what I have seen, my chip is around average. Yours may take more volts to get to that clock speed or it may take less. If it takes less volts, heat will not be as much of a problem. If it takes more volts, then heat may be a problem.

The only way you will know is to set it up and test it. I like for my average temps under load to be under 80C and I don't recommend going over 1.4 volts. Some people don't mind higher temps or volts, but that is just my personal preference.

If your temps are high, you may need a new cooler. As said above, you don't have the best cooler, so if your chip requires more volts to his good stable overclocks, then you may need a new cooler to keep temps down.
