i have bought a new pc

Msi h110m pro-vh plus motherboard
intel i3 7th gen
i have installed windows 7 ultimate in that , i am having this issue , vlc crashes , mpc-hs crashes , 720p videos and higher are playing but output on the monitor is shady and blurry , i first thought it might be a issue with drivers so i downloaded vga drivers from the official site ,when i try to install it , i get an errror message saying that your system doesnt meet the minimum requirements , how do i solve this problem please help me
