Wow... how is that system not shutting down, freezing or blue screening?
RSS must be more cpu intensive than WoWS but 100C is crazy. I would look at the cooler and see if it's working (pump), the thermal paste is still good, or it's mounted on securely.
Cpu intensive games will make the cpu produce more heat.
What temps are you hitting ?
What cpu do you have ?
Is your cpu overclocked,
You liquid cool, so you should have great temps.

How do I know If the pump its working?. No I dont get anykind of freezing or blue screening. I will check the thermal paste
So, I change the thermal paste and the highest that I have got is 83c but I this have to test more.
Nice. To check if the pump is working you can install the Corsair Link software but i'm not sure if the 100GTX version has the usb connection for the data.
The other method is if the pump is connected to one of your fan headers on your motherboard, you can go in to BIOS and check the RPM of the "fan" that's plugged in to the fan header you used. The Corsair cooler should have a RPM speed of around 1400.
