More about good gaming build
  1. That is a decent midrange gaming build. I would want to know what PSU is pushing it. A cheap PSU can damage your components. Considering the 1060 6gb are going for around 300 the whole system for 580 is not terrible. It would cost you more to build a new one. I would like to see an SSD instead of an HDD, but you can install one later.

Maybe? Without knowing the other parts it's hard to say. Contact the seller and ask about the PSU model and which version of Windows (if any) is installed.

Considering you get a crappy psu, case and motherboard along with Windows preloaded, its still a pretty good deal if its new hardware. If its used hardware, the value depends on the depreciation over time.

Edit: Be prepared to upgrade to a better psu atleast for a start.
