Hello
I recently just tried to do a factory reset on my Toshiba 8.1 and everything was going fine. Until it went to the Toshiba loading page (like when you first turn on the computer) and then it will go to a blank page and then back again to the Toshiba loading page. I have tried the F12 button and have tried all of the resets they give you and nothing is working. It will tell me to install a media back up USB or disk or something (which I dont have.)
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
