[SOLVED] Control Mac from Windows PC?

I want to have my mac connected to my Big Tv, but control it remotely (about 10 feet away) on my windows computer. Is this possible? I've seen people have the macbook closed but plugged in and running like a desktop. Could I do this on my TV but have my PC control it with the mouse/keyboard?

Enable screen sharing on your Mac then use a VNC client on the Windows machine.
