Probably not. Some games don't even utilize SLI. I would really encourage you to purchase a single faster GPU. The GTX 770 usually gets beat by a GTX 1050 Ti and even a GTX 1050 in some games. They still only have 2GB of vram because vram doesn't stack in SLI.
If I were you I'd be looking to purchase a GTX 1060.

Seriously though, if you just want to fool around with SLI then sure go for it. But you will still be limited to 2GB vram. That's not good for current or future games, especially higher resolutions.
