How much is this PC worth?

I might sell this old PC I have. I wanted to know how much I might be able to get for this PC.
Specs:
Dell OptiPlex 780
Core 2 Quad Q9400
Dell Motherboard
4 GB ram 1600mHZ
250 gb 7200rpm HDD
Saphire R7 250 1GB GDDR5
400W Insignia PSU
Dell Case for OptiPlex 780
Legit Windows 10 PRO

really hard to guess but I'd also say $100USD, maybe $150.

It still makes a great computer for browsing and office usage, especially if you did a clean WINDOWS 10 install onto an SSD ($60):

Rather than sell, maybe keep as a 2nd PC or donate to a friend or family, maybe for a family's kid?

Also, a GTX1050 + 4GB system memory would make for a good, light-gaming PC though that's probably spending too much money.
