was wondering if the a vega 64 would bottle neck with my cpu (amd 9370)

i have a amd 9370 was wondering if that would bottle neck it at all, was hoping just to upgrade the card and not have to drop 1000 into upgrades along with the card (plz no fan boy answers )

FX9xxx is a joke processor from AMD. It sucks tons of power, it is hot as hell, quite expensive and performs relatively poor.
Since FX9xxx was release, it is actually better to get FX8xxx and OC the hell out of it.

FX9xxx is not only a bottleneck for any new powerful GPUs but also very heavy on your electrical bill.
I would rather plan to renew you complete rig with either Ryzen or the coming Coffee lake.
