If you used 750Ti without any issues until now (750Ti uses between 60-70W) then it is quite safe to assume that 1050Ti will work; in fact, it will be a perfect replacement, as it is in the same ballpark in terms of power usage (70W).
Motherboard will support your GPU, but I highly doubt that this low-quality 240W PSU will. 1050Ti is not very demanding in terms of power, but 240W is simply too low. You are using a branded prebuilt machine, right? (dell, hp...) They usually come with inadequate PSUs, which are usually custom made and you cannot simply upgrade them. On the other hand, 1030 will probably work just fine, it uses only 30W or so.

Nope. RAM on graphics card is only used by the graphics card, and it has nothing to do with your main RAM on your motherboard. You can use GPU with DDR2, DDR3, DDR4, DDR5... it does not matter. The only things that matter are:

1) do you have a proper slot for ths GPU on your mobo (PCI-e in this case)? --> Yes
2) Can the card physically fit withing the case? --> most likely yes, and if it is a low profile version then definitely yes
3) Can the PSU provide enough power? --> in your case, I'd say no for 1050Ti, but yes for 1030
