More about ram advertised freq voltage
  1. Yes, you need to set RAM voltage to 1.35v. Use XMP to let it set for whatever it needs for 2400MHz and than you can play with it's settings.

and how can i determine if my ram is stable?
  3. Run some programs like OCCT. http://www.ocbase.com/index.php/download
  4. Set "Large data set" and press Green button, if nothing goes wrong for an hour it's all nice and stable.
