Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask everyone why my temps are so high while gaming on BF1 and in stress testing.

It does use my CPU 100% the whole time, and max temp is 75C. I'm using a Dark Rock 3 cooler as well, for some reason it seems like it does worse in cooling than an Hyper 212 Evo. I tried resitting the cooler 4 times and still the same. My ambient temp. is only about 16-17C. Realbench stress test does 85C. I've seen others use the Dark Rock and temps are considerably better than mine.

Solution
I got out of mine 4.6Ghz @ 80c and it where it was stable. but I runs a 240mm AIO cooling unit.

the 99% versus 100% in windows... yes without it my system creeps up to 85c-88c range
are you saying your overclocked 4690K is 4.5GHZ @ 1.2v and your think overheating is 75c ?
dude with 75c your golden. I would worry about it if it ran over 80c

bench testing is supposed to push the temps up, what it truly does it test your stability of cpu, and 85c isn't bad in testing.
the 4690K runs Hot due to a code bug, you could try a trick I use, is set your windows power cpu power max for 99% instead of 100%

Nah I don't think it's overheating it's just that it didn't seem much better than my old Hyper 212 Evo, but I see people with ambient temps of like 25C and still cooler than mine. Does that trick really help with temps?

I forgot to mention, with Aida64, I tick FPU and CPU and it could go up to high 80s-90s as well which is why I was a bit concerned.
