Sudden high cpu usage

Hi
This issue just started today!..my cpu usage is higher than usual when I play games...no programs are open..I'm worried it's a virus..I scanned my pc and it's clean..cpu temp is fine cpu 7700k.
Any idea why this happening?

are you aware of any recent updates?
go into you task manager, select the cpu tab and take a screen shot, or tell just what you see. is this a program you are familiar with?

Cpu usage is normal..it just hapens when I run a game

well if this has always happened or just recently but you are playing a different game from normal, i would say theres nothing wrong. it would be quite a smart virus if it only did virusly stuff while playing games but it probably wouldn't know that many games so therefore i think your system is fine. if still concerned you could try another anti virus like bitdefender but the windows antivirus is good too.

No dude...in the same games...like mass effect andromeda was using max 50% and after the issues it runs at 80-100% same to dues ex
