cheapest processor which wont bottleneck a gtx 1060 6G

as the title mentions give me the cheapest processor which wont bottleneck the gpu and can be maxed at cpu demanding games
also give me a psu which would run a gtx 1060 perfectly :)

i already have a motherboard intel db7en ik im poor :(

I'm assuming you mean the db75en motherboard. If so, you can upgrade up to a i7 3770(k) which will cope with the 1060 pretty well in most applications. But obviously I don't know your current spec. What is you full system spec?

You'll also need to have an adequate PSU to suit the 1060. A good quality 450w will do fine. Refer to the tomshardware psu tier list. http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

YE IT HAS UEFI my friend is running gtx 1060 with no probs in this mobo hope i do that too and dont worry about other req i have good support for them only was asking my mobo :)
