is this safe? Cpu temperature is spiking from 50 degrees to 65-70 degrees for a second and occurs frequently!!

i have fx 6300 cpu.... with 8gb hyperx fury ram powerd by corsair vs 550 psu..... my cpu temps are going high suddenly for a second... is this safe or should i do something to stop that??? every advice will be appreciated....
 
Solution
Die temps can spike quickly as the core shifts from idle to working (typically jumping from sub-GHz to 3-4GHz). This is normal. If the temp drops down again its no big deal. If the temps go high and stay high, by high I mean 85-90C, then you need to look at improving airflow or getting better heatsink.
