So I have had this pc (pre-built) for about 3 years and recently it has started crashing whenever I start a game. It started randomly and the time it took to crash, would vary from a couple of minutes to an hour. Now, however, it crashes almost instantly.
I need to wait a minute or two before being able to turn it on again

My specs are:
AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor, 4000 Mhz
16 GB RAM
120 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD
2GB Radeon R9 380 Graphics Card GPU
550W PSU
AIO CPU Water Cooler

Not sure, but could it be the PSU that causes the shutdown?

Nvm, I just checked with CoreTemp and HWmonitor, and they both show crazy temperatures. The cpu is 78 °C right now.

Edit; checked the cpu temperature in the bios and it was 95 °C. What should I do lower this? I clean it often, so there shouldn't be too much dust.
