My modem router slows down my speed

My modem router is Tp-link ac1200 Archer D50.
I subscribed for 8 mbps ,my router status shows that downstream is 8190 kbps. However, the speed I receive on phones or pc is about 0.5 mbps even with wired connection
I tried every thing to solve this problem i Restored Factory Default and reseted the router but with no benefit also I downloaded the last firmware.
All that happened since 1 week suddenly .

Did you change the default admin login and password on the router?

Are you sure that you are saving or otherwise "ok-ing" router configuration changes?

Do you have nearby neighbors and other wired/wireless networks around? Can you follow the ISP connections into your home and verify that there are no additional devices or splitters along the way?

Obtain another router if possible. Connect that router between modem and pc via Ethernet wire. Determine if the problem continues - pay close attention to the configuration settings.

Or take your router somewhere else and see if the problem follows the router.

Run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via a wired pc.

Did you change the router's admin name and password from the defaults?

No other modems, routers, access points, switches, etc. - correct?

Do you see any unrecognized devices (wired or wireless) on your network?

I also same use other router no problem once chance to tplink router archer d5 connection drop
