Im not getting over 200 fps with this build ;

Corsair RM850x 850W PSU
AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X Prosessor
ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 ROG Strix Gaming
ASUS ROG Zenith Extreme, Socket-TR4
Corsair Vengeance LED DDR4 3200MHz 32GB
WD Black 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD
Corsair Hydro Series H105 CPU

Its almost 120-140 when people around me, shoting, flashes etc. When the round is over or nothing by me it is like 250-300, but the drops gives me also spikes?

What is this? Tried almost everything :(

Solution
Woof, and I thought I was just doin ok with solid 300fps on my i7-3770K and gtx970.

Make sure to max out any gpu bound settings, but relax any cpu settings like viewing distance, AA, grass density etc as these will put more stress on the cpu, slowing fps.
OC will help IPC. Cpu has really nothing much to do with OC in that respect, it's all about the bios. I'd take a peek over at the ROG forums, those guys live for OC on Asus boards and will have help for OC with your bios

What is your monitor refresh rate? The 1950x has a lower single thread performance compared to intels line up and cs go doesn't use more than 2 cores. So you are being bottle necked by your cpu. The 1080 shouldn't be the problem. Try OCing the one or two cores that are being utilized most by the game and you might see a small improvement in fps.

How much is it possible to overclock it?

This thread can't be serious, needing to overclock a Threadripper for CSGO? Bottleneck? Are these responses a joke?

First off based on the numbers you presented you're well over 200fps on average. You likely have all the details turned up. People who average around 300fps are running low resolution and turning details down.

There is nothing wrong with your system.

Umm I get solid 300fps, max detail settings, no AA, at 1080p. On a gtx970. That threadripper/1080 shouldn't be having any issues getting avg 300fps considering its IPC is actually better than my 3770k (not by much) and a comparison of a 1080 to a 970 is really the joke. At 1080p/144Hz there shouldn't be any issue matching or beating me, but granted, if op's monitor is a 1440p/144Hz, then he's right about where he should be.

There's unknown information, all we know is 144Hz, which really doesn't matter since fps is well over that. Resolution is definitely needed.

Yes, there is nothing wrong with his system but in any pc there will be a bottleneck. And no its not a joke. OC is just an option to help because the 1950x doesn't have the best single core performance. There is always room for improvement. Just trying to help him squeeze out as much performance as possible.

Yes everything in theory bottlenecks somewhere. The question is as to whether its a noticeable performance issue. CSGO is an older game thats not graphically demanding or CPU demanding anymore, hence many systems can play it at absurd frame rates. The 1950x has single core performance that is nearly as good as anything else out there, as has been proven with updates to Ryzen BIOSes since release day.

As mentioned above, hes likely running at 1440p which would make sense as to why hes not getting a consistent 300fps.

Or possibly op is using GeForce Experience to optimize settings, which can include a 4k DSR, which will definitely put a damper on the fps. The pc itself is more than capable of sustained 300fps, I seriously doubt it's any hardware initiated issue, or even software bound, given the sheer amount of threads on that cpu, so it's got to be in user settings somewhere.
