i heard recuva can restore you lost files. pros and cons is...recuva cannot restore ALL of your files. suppose you you sccidently deleted your valuable files and have a hard time getting it back, what do you do? how can you restore them?

You restore them from the backup you made before that accidental deletion.
Failing that, recovery software. Recuva, TestDisk, etc.
Failing that, a data recovery $ervice.
