So I stream and am looking for a build list that will give me above 240 fps so it stays above my monitor refresh rate on all games besides the ones we know cant.

No more than 3k id like to keep it under 2.5k

Any Help Appreciated

I'd say the 7820x will do best at maintaining max FPS while streaming. As it has double the core/thread count. Once you overclock there isn't much difference per core between the two. So, you'll essentially have 4 extra cores/8 extra threads to handle streaming.

With adding the streaming. As you have room left in the budget. You may as well bump the RAM up to 32GB. It probably isn't necessary. But you won't have to worry about it either.

This will run pretty much anything :)

You aren't going to get much faster than this system. It also has all the RGB and Liquid cooling bling a lot of people like. I couldn't guarantee 240 FPS. That depends on the game, resolution and how it handles multiple cores. But this chip will OC pretty well.

Depending on the game. You may also consider SLI and an i7-7700K. The 7700K will OC higher but does not have as many cores. Many games don't benefit much from SLI either. So, it really depends on the game. How optimized it is for multiple cores and how well it handles SLI as to which is faster. These are the two fastest options for your budget.

I think the first build makes more sense. The CPU is more powerful and SLI support in games is sparse. The lower cost will give you room in your budget for 32GB RAM, large hard drive and perhaps the Corsair Crystal 570x RGB case. Perhaps you could opt for the ASUS ROG Poseidon GTX 1080 Ti and dump the Corsair H115i. Then build a custom loop water cooler for the GPU and CPU in a Corsair 570x case.

I went with the 1TB NVMe so the system snaps programs and games open. You could also go for more storage with Dual 1TB 850 Evo in RAID 0. More space but not quite as fast.

I mainly stream stuff such as CSGO, LOL, WOW, ARMA OA/3, PUBG, and RUST which one of those will give me the highest while streaming and while not aswell and just all around best performance with those games at max settings not counting arma csgo and lol
