computer taking 20min to boot

so like every other day I was searching for game on my pc and suddenly my computer got stuck and a green screen appeared telling me that it needs to shut down the pc due to some system matter and stuff . I turned the computer on again but it too 30 mins to boot and I cant do any any thing becoz it is super slow I started task manager it show 0-1 percent cpu usage . so I thought maybe its a windows problem so I reinstalled my windows and it started fine but after I install wifi drivers it got stuck again and I restarted and same problem appeared.

i3 7100
gtx 1050
8gb ram
500 harddrive

I suggest you do these in the order given below -

1. Turn off all power, pull out the HDD cables (both power and data) and plug them in again firmly. Do this on both the HDD and motherboard sides.

2. Change the data cable.

3. Pull out the RAM stick(s) and reinsert them.

There are many other things you can try to pinpoint the problem but I suggest you do the above first.
