BACK STORY :
so i was playing CSGO and my pc crashed with blue screen error 7A, and when i tried to reboot it showed disk read error press ctrl+alt+del to restart and same came again.
so i connected my windows installation usb and went into repair drive it showed no boot found, so i went into installing windows it showed my boot partition blank so i just pressed format again it took some time and whole 3 partitions of hard drive disappeared and gave me msg no hard drive were found.
now:
when restarted installation while loading the partition page of windows installation the hard drive partitions shows up and when loading finishes again the partition disappears.
so i tried the cmd method and formatted whole hard drive now it showed up in windows installation but again when i was about to make the partition it again disappeared.
i got tired of that hide sick with hard drive for last 2-3 hours finally decided to post here for help
note : hard drive is in IDE MODE as in ACHI mode the installation setup kind of dosent work/stops working

500GB SEAGATE HARD DRIVE
gigabyte h81m-s motherboard
4 gb ram
pentium g3240 processor
zotac GTX 750ti GPU
