Hello everyone,

I'm having problems with my PC since I moved it to another room, whenever I turn it on it automatically turns off after 2-5 seconds and once again turns on after 5 seconds to start the same loop. I doesn't even send video to the monitor, so I can't access the BIOS.

-I have tried many things, removing everything but the Motherboard, CPU, PSU and still the speaker doesn't beep any error.
-Removed BIOS Battery
-Cleared CMOS with a jumper/screwdriver
-Changed RAM from the different slots
-Tried 4 different PSUs (1 with 1000W, 1 with 750W and 2 with 500W)
-Tried using both the 8-pin 12V ATX and 4-pin 12V ATX power sources for the CPU on the motherboard.

The specifications are:

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700k
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 3
RAM: 24GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15)
Cooling System: Corsair H100i v2 240MM liquid CPU Cooler
HDD: Toshiba 1TB 7200 RPM
SSD: Kingston HyperX Predator 240GB M.2
PSU: Cooler Master V750W Semi-Modular 80+ Gold
GPU: EVGA NVidia GTX 960 2 GB GDDR5 (About to be upgraded)

Any help or recommendation that you can grant me, will be very appreciated.
Thanks a lot.

Thanks for the reply.
Yeah, long story. I bought two kits but gave one of the memories to a friend. Still, the problem persists with 0,1, 2 and 3 memories. Worthy of note, previously I used this 3x8GB=24GB RAM configuration without problem, until two days ago.
