cannot increase ram speed past 2133mhz., asus strix b350 gaming f motherboard

can someone please guide me though overclocking my ram , my specs are

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15
asus strix b350 gaming f motherboard
ryzen 5 1600

i updated my bios recently but still cant boot my pc with my ram past 2133mhz , i cant find xmp in bios either and im a complete noob when it comes to messing around with bios settings ,

Go look some yotuube videos
you need to manually adjust voltage and timing, depend on your memory spec, u can find in the spec sheet
xmp wont work with ryen, only intel

Thanks for the reply , I have since realised I need to use D.O.C.P with my Asus MoBo

the 1st time I enabled it I managed to boot with my ram at 3000mhz but the next day it failed to boot so I turned down the ram speed , the same happened again until I lowered it to 2600mhz and now its stable

Do you have any suggestions for getting my ram to 3000mhz ?
