How to Share a Mapped Cloud Networked Drive (non NTFS or FAT32)

Hello and thanks for the help. I have a utility on an ipad that can only access files via a networked share. The files I need it to access are located on OneDrive. I've successfully created a mapped drive of my onedrive folder on my PC which works great. However, I cannot share that mapped drive. I've tried JUNCTION but that only works for NTFS drives. I haven't tried MKLINK but I think that will be the same issue (besides I haven't been able to get MKLINK to work on my windows 10 computer.) Any idea on how I can create a network share of a mapped cloud drive?

so I am finding that you can only share the one drive folder if that folder is synced locally. the folders I want to share are not synced locally. These folders are a drive I mapped as M: on my local machine and the actual location is http://d.docs.live.net/???????? When I right click on any of these folders, there is no share option. any other ideas?
