Is there a program I could use in kali linux live to recover a wifi password? The whole point of this is to be able to use any computer's hardware and simply boot to my own kali linux (instead of the computers hard drive), from a usb. I already have kali linux on a usb, but I want to be able to connect to a protected wifi network that the computer has already connected to. Lets say the hard drive isn't encripted or damaged and I can access it from kali linux live. I know I can access the wifi password from the hard drive when I am booted on it, but is there a way to get it when I am booted on my usb(kali linux).

Hard Drive: Windows 10
Usb: Kali Linux

Solution
You enter the wifi password manually, just as you did with Windows when you set it up.

"Recovering" a wifi password is something that we can't help you with. Apart from anything else, it is illegal in many jurisdictions to try to access a network that you are not authorised to.
