Recently, after running some neural network experiments on my computer for few days, the system started to slow down and it couldn't even handle Rice (an N64 emulator frontend), which is designed to be run on older, weaker hardware.
Then, my computer couldn't handle Illustrator and Photoshop caused CPU fan to rev up and down.
After that, my computer restarted and produced continuous stream of short beeps until I removed one of the 4GB sticks in the system (removing all of RAM produced normal "No RAM detected" beeps)
I thought it was the end of it, until...
My graphics card started acting erratically.
It kept going black screen if ANY game is turned on (HeavyLoad test did not crash the computer) and there were noticeable frame rate drops.
The frame rate dropped to 25FPS maximum, while in the past it gave me solid 60FPS even with games like Overwatch and Witcher 3.
I even changed PCI-E slots from x16 to x4, to no avail.
I removed the graphics card and switched to internal graphics, but the symptoms persisted -- locking up or stuttering when any games or programs using DirectX was running.
(This story does not contain all the details yet, my writing skill is a mess)

Detailed and concise report:
- Computer gets unstable after streaming and using programs to experiment
- Computer slows down when programs utilizing graphics card are running
- Flickering screen was observed when graphics card slot changed
- System now locks up when games are running, unless they do not use 3D graphics
- Normal system use, such as using Excel or watching YouTube videos do not lock up the system
- When locked up, system does not respond to any input and hard disk drive activity light goes off and stays off until reset
- Erratic symptoms, it sometimes shows up and sometimes does not
- NEW SYMPTOM: Beeps when moving, clicking or scrolling mouse, computer lags VERY hard while beeps are playing

Build Date: November 2014 ~ October 2015

Tried fix (in sequence):
- Reboot (no effect)
- Power cycle (no effect)
- Physical power disconnect (no effect)
- 10-minute wait then cold reboot (no effect)
- Remove all but 1 RAM stick (system is bootable and usable but still locks up when games are running)
- Change PCI-E slot (card shows flickering image when OS shows "Welcome", black screen, system is interactive)
- CMOS reset (no effect)
- Remove graphics card (now Illustrator runs okay-ish, but still locks up, system is unconscious)

EDIT: Now it starts to interpret ALL mouse actions as invalid keystrokes if I push it a little bit too hard! Seriously! HELP!

It did, showed some errors but did nothing. The computer still locks up.
p.s. The disk is fine. Shows no SMART errors and no surface errors.

Wait it said it detected errors but didn't attempt to fix them? Or fixing them didn't help?

Fixing them made no improvements.

I didn't mind them running slower, and I know that by putting it into a different slot I can avoid potential problems.
This setup worked great until I ran neural network experiment for 3 days (while streaming).
Just to make sure I wasn't crazy, I tested all three sticks and rejected one that didn't boot.
