I am planning to buy NVIDIA GT 730 GDDR5 variant and want to paly games like F1 2016 F1 2017 battlefield GTA 5 COD NFS(latest ones) so will the gpu support it.
I have a i3-540 and a 4GB DDR3 RAM

I suggest you go with a 1030, it's a bit better than the 730 GDDR5 edition and it should be around the same price, maybe a bit pricier. But before anything else, I suggest you upgrade your RAM if you want to play those kinds of games.
