Does Broken Fan Blade void my GPU Warranty?

I just bought a brand new GPU GTX 1050 Ti OC Dual Fan from Zotac around 3 weeks ago.
Apparently I broke a single fan blade when tried to take it off from my rig.
Is it possible for me to get a replacement for my GPU? I don't care it's a full replacement or they just change the fan of my GPU.
the fans still spinning but it just became too loud somehow rn

is there any possibility for them to replace the fan ?
well i don't mind paying around 10 bucks for a single fan, as long as it can spin normally and cool the card as how it used to.

+ i just don't want a 'get nothing service' after send it back to service center/distributor since i live quite far from where i bought it (so it cost some $$ too to send it back to where i bought it)
and risk it more by buying cooler fan from other brand that quite pricey.
