Ok so hes looking for a pc build he has two in mind so if you guys don't mind can you make me two builds for him, he wants
1440p maybe a little higher (not 4k) at high settings 60fps

and

1440p high settings at 100fps, and his budget for each build? as cheap as you can possibly go, he shouldnt mind putting a couple of things at medium, thanks for the help guys, oh and its needs to be from pc partpicker australia, thanks for the help.

Well if he doesn't want/need any of that stuff, it is possible. Mobo has extra ram slots for a future upgrade to 16gb.

i5 6600k - 7600k or i7 7700k - 8700k
Ryzen 5 1600x or Ryzen 7 1700x

16 - 32 GB of ram

Nvidia 1080 - 1080Ti
AMD Radeon RX Vega 64

Z270 motherboard for intel system
Z370 motherboard for AMD system

No need for M.2 NVMe hard drives since you will not use the speeds it can get up to. Better to save the money and get a bigger SATA SSD.

Minimum 650 watts PSU (do not cheap out on this part!!)

Case, fans and cooling is totaly up to him. All depends on how he wants his system to look and if he want to overclock etc etc.

you do not need a 1080ti for 1440p 60 high, nor do you need a 1080ti for 1440p medium-high at 100 fps

Why I don't need a ryzen 7 cpu, not at 1440p, he only wants to start out with 8 gigs of ram, and he doesn't want to start out with an SSD, i probably shouldve made that clear
