Whether I am only using an internet browser, gaming, or heavily using the system with 3D programs I will get a random shutdown. This will even happen after the system is in hibernate mode.
I have replaced the PSU, as that seemed the most logical and the problem persists.
I tried removing my GPU and plugging my monitor into the motherboard directly, but I think I need to somehow change the default display port in BIOS first. It will let me load up to BIOS and then the monitor will say there is no input signal. Although the computer will still be powered on.
System Details:
Core i7 6700k
Asus Z170 Deluxe
EVGA GTX 980 Ti FTW
Corsair Dominator 2x16 3000
EVGA 750 SuperNova P2
Samsung EVO 500 GB
Corsair Hydro h100i v2
I replaced the PSU with a Seasonic 1200W Prime.
Edit: I have had this computer set up for a year and a half without any known problems. Using MSI Afterburner my GPU seems to never go into idle. I am currently using one Monitor @ 60hz. The clock speed is 1189 MHz and 3505 MHz for memory clock.
