I'm doing a build and I've got everything set up but I can only get the RAM and PSU in about a month. My CPU is a Pentium G4600 and I am using the stock cooler with its thermal paste. I'm wondering if the thermal paste will dry out if the system isn't used for that long.

As long as the thermal paste is applied and the CPU and heatsink are installed it'll be fine for a least a few years. It dries out quicker with use. Thermal paste should be changed every 2 years or so.
