The Deepcool Tesseract SW-RD is the case I'm using for a build and I'd like to know if the only way to take the PCI covers is to break them off, and not only that but what screws to use to slot the graphics card in place since it doesn't say in the case manual.

Solution
Answer to my own thread xd: Yes, these types of cases use break-away slot covers. If you ever have to close the slot back up, you will have to buy slot covers.

The screws used can vary from manufacturer to manufacture, but generally they are 6-32 SAE screws. If they aren't marked, try the largest ones. Generally 6-32 are the largest ones provided.
