My new custom build keeps buzzing when in games. Please help!!!!

This is my setup:

Case - Cooler master Scout
CPU- I7 4790k 4.0Ghz
GPU- EVGA GTX760
MB- Asus Z97-A
RAM- 16gb G Skill
HDD- WD BLUE 1tb
Liquid cooler- Lepa

I get the super loud alarm/loud high pitched tone when i play certain games

Tekken7 no buzzing

Vanquish buzzing
Sleeping dogs definitive edition buzzing
metal gear revengeance buzzzing

Is there a way I can stop it from buzzing?

It's most likely a faulty power supply. If you PSU has eco mode turned on, then it will only buzz it games because that's when the fan(s) will turn on. I recommend sending it back, and replacing it. I had the same problem, and that fixed it.
