So i've a thermaltake 530 smart se 80+ power supply,i5 2500 non k,8 gigs of ram,and a gtx 960(slightly overclocked +75 +200),and when i game let's say mafia 3 it doesn't artifact,stutter or antyhing it just sounds like a literal jet engine it's so freaking loud!
i've checked if its the graphics card forcing it not to rotate for a short period of time, and stopped the cpu cooler completely ( did this for a really small amount of time, don't worry nothing's damaged xd)
and i figured it's the PSU.What should i do from here?

That is a low quality unit so I would recommend replacing it with a higher quality one.

That PSU was NOT engineered for low noise. It's inefficient, so it's going to generate more heat under load. It's rated at 25°C and the fan doesn't have any kind of "smart controller" so it's just going to spin up exponentially whenever that PSU gets anywhere near it's operating temperature upper limits.

It's just not a good unit. If you're concerned about noise, you should get a PSU that's focused on low noise.
