I have a gtx 1070 sc2 with a i5-7600k and 16gb of ram, in games like rainbow six and gta 5 where there's a v-ram slider, the slider is filled to about 3gb out of my 8, but when I try to go over 3gb, I get under 75 fps, is it like this for everyone? (for rainbow six its 4gb)
