Ok for the first build and the only build I will talk about is you have a $600 budget I assume? You want to game or video edit? Also not a good thing to pick oem tray cpus for either gaming or video editing.

That is a good amd cpu for the money and budget you have, however for gaming you may want to go intel, which means different motherboard also, but editing would be more amd vs gaming is intel. You can game with amd base cpu but its not as good as intels.

Also in this price range, stick with air cooling and not water cooling as that is very cheap water cooling and you can get air that is better for same price.

1969? What os are you running? The oldest one I know of is ms-dos and I don't even know if ms-dos is that old.

Motherboard has risk of not working with the CPU. I wouldn't waste money with a risk when a b250 motherboard can be bought at similar price.
Why DDR3? The high voltage will damage the CPU over time, anyways.

No it isn't. That's an outdated system.

Don't buy single RAM modules. That's a motherboard and CPU designed for use with dual channel RAM. That means they prefer RAM to be installed in matched pairs. You need to buy an 8GB RAM kit. 2x4GB. Even though the specs. are identical they still might not work together.
