What is the difference between buying the AORUS GeForce® GTX 1080 Ti Waterforce WB Xtreme Edition 11G and buying an AORUS GeForce® GTX 1080 Ti 11G and installing it with an EK Full-Cover water blocks for 1080 Ti AORUS graphics cards? How will it affect the temperatures

The performance should be nearly identical. If you purchase the card with the factory installed water block you would most likely save some money and avoid any issues voiding the warranty when removing the air cooler.
