i recently upgraded my old computer and here are the current specs
MSI GTX 970 (only thing i didnt upgrade)
16 GB DDR4 RAM
MSI Z270 SLI PLUS
Intel Core i7 7700K
although i rarely experience any drops in frame rate i would like to upgrade one last thing and that would be the graphics card. i saw the msi SLI bridge was only like 13 bucks on newegg heres the link https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814999039
im really just looking for the best option. i was thinking about getting a VR headset like the oculus or something so i want to be able to play games without getting motion sickness since i read online the best way to prevent motion sickness is with a high frame rate and i did a lot of vr compatibility test things and they say that the minimum require is a 960 or sometimes even a 970 and if i have a 970 im just barely meeting the requirements. ive been looking at the 1080 for a while but 500 -
600 bucks is a bit much imo but if i need to thats fine. thanks for the help!
