This will be my first PC build with gaming as the primary use amd streaming movies, photo editing, and general web use of secondary importance. I do want to strike some balance between these. My current component list is at the end, I am wanting to cut cost a little bit from where I am at right now but Im not sure where to cut with minimal negative impact for my intended uses.

Already have keyboard, mouse, monitor, OS key

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: No particular preference though I do lean towards retailers vs ebay. Currently using Newegg to ballpark costs.

Country: US

May overclock in the future not a key deciding factor right now.

Additional Comments: not overly concerned with aesthetics but would like 4k capability if possible on my goal budget.

CPU: intel Pentium G4560 (considering upgrading to i5 7500/7600 but price is a concern)

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 (consodering 1080 bust price is a concern)

Motherboard: ASRock B250 Pro 4

Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury 16 GB DDR4-2666

SSD/HDD: Samsung 960 Evo 250 GB and WD Blue 1TB

Power: EVGAEVGA SuperNOVA G1 650W 80 PLUS

Case: NZXT S340

Cooler: Master Hyper 212

As I said, wondering where I can cut cost while limiting negative impact for gaming and misc general use. Also, if you see any incompatobilities I didn't catch please let me know. Any feedback is appreciated.

Solution
For economic build, use Ryzen, and Ryzen 1600 has 6 cores, come with decent cooler for decent OCing, runs cooler than intel and cheaper. It can even be paired with 1080 ti, best bang for the money :) evo 850 is slightly slower than 960, pick any 1070 you like, seasonic builds very good psu's compared to evga
