How can I connect External Graphics Card and Internal Simultaneously

Hello so I have an HP2820h Mobo and I want to connect my internal and external graphics cards so I can use 2 monitors at once

The Mobo has an integrated VGA port and External is HDMI

Is it possible to do this?

Specs;
HP 2820H motherboard
External GPU: AMD Radeon Rx 470
8GB DDR2 Ram
650W PSU
2x Philips 244EL 24" Monitors

The Radeon Rx470 can easily drive your 2 monitors. Use HDMI for one monitor. Then, all you need is a displayport cable and a displayport to HDMI adapter for the second monitor. This will give you a much better digital display than using VGA on one of the monitors.
